LASER MARKING MODULE

Allows for laser marking of different dimension images, bar codes, logos, and other graphic elements with a resolution of up to 1,600 dpi.

Main features;

• High quality Vectorial and Gray Scale laser marking technology.
• MLI (Multiple Laser Image), CLI (Changeable Laser Image).
• Dual side laser marking (front/back) in a single module.
• DPSS technology (Diode Pumped Solid State).
• 1,064 nm 20 W, Air Cooling system.
• Data and marking parameters dynamically variable from Job File and Data Base.
• Second laser marking head (optional) to obtain the same performances if dual side laser marking is needed.

Performance: more than 1,000 cards per hour (single side) depending on the job.
