The MAXIMA 140 EP  is an inkjet desktop printer which is already known as a reference solution in decentralized issuance of Electronic Passport/Visa/Travel documents. The MAXIMA 140 EP offers excellent print quality with low ink consumption, in addition it requires no maintenance, it is extremely easy to use, and gives great performance.

The MAXIMA 140 EP is based on thermal inkjet technology that’s provides high-quality, high resolution (from 600x600 to 4800x1200 dpi), durable printouts and ensures, optimized cartridge use and manageability. It also integrates a thickness adaptor vertical and horizontal automatic alignment of the document, a RFID device encoder and a page colour scanning module.

The modular design allows specific configuration, single USB port connection and fast software integration in simple printer modes or by a powerful dedicated driver.
